The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Las Vegas (unincorporated) rose by $29,500 while total sales increased by 6.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 814 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 – a 13.4% increase over the $220,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 765 homes sold in Las Vegas (unincorporated) in October 2016.
