The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Las Vegas (unincorporated) rose by $28,300 while total sales increased by 9.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 920 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 – a 14% increase over the $201,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 838 homes sold in Las Vegas (unincorporated) in March 2016.
