The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Las Vegas (unincorporated) rose by $19,450 while total sales increased by 1.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 834 homes sold, with a median sale price of $246,450 – a 8.6% increase over the $227,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 821 homes sold in Las Vegas (unincorporated) in July 2016.
