The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Las Vegas (unincorporated) rose by $22,050 while total sales decreased by 2.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 654 homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,050 – a 10.8% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 673 homes sold in Las Vegas (unincorporated) in January 2016.
