Las Vegas home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Las Vegas rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 6.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 3,996 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 – a 15.8% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 3,749 homes sold in Las Vegas in the third quarter of 2016.
