Las Vegas home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Las Vegas rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 8.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 1,407 homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,000 – a 13.8% increase over the $217,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,538 homes sold in Las Vegas in June 2017.
