The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) has announced new traffic restrictions on Interstate 215 as part of the I-215 Pavement Preservation Project. The project aims to enhance nearly four miles of I-215 between the I-15 interchange and Windmill Lane.

From Monday, December 1, to Friday, December 5, there will be intermittent shoulder closures on both eastbound and westbound I-215 between I-15 and Airport Connector from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. On Monday, December 1, Warm Springs Road will be reduced to two lanes east of Paradise Road from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Additionally, eastbound I-215 will be reduced to four lanes between Las Vegas Boulevard and Airport Connector from 10:00 p.m. on December 1 until 5:00 a.m. on December 2. The eastbound off-ramp to Airport Connector will also be limited to one lane during this time.

From Tuesday, December 2, through Thursday, December 4, Warm Springs Road will have two lanes open in both directions between Paradise Road and the westbound I-215 on-ramp from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Motorists are advised to exercise caution in work zones and consider alternative routes when possible. NDOT collaborates with Waze for public updates on highway restrictions. Changes in the schedule may occur due to weather or other factors.
