The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) will enforce overnight lane reductions and ramp closures on I-15 near the Resort Corridor starting Sunday, November 30. These measures are part of a project to install loop detectors and test wrong-way driver alert systems aimed at improving roadway safety.
From 9:00 p.m. on November 30 to 5:00 a.m. on December 1, northbound I-15 will be reduced to two lanes between Russell Road and Hacienda Avenue. The same restriction will apply from 8:00 p.m. on December 1 to 6:00 a.m. on December 2.
Additionally, the southbound I-15 off-ramp to Tropicana Avenue will be closed from 9:00 p.m. on December 1 to 5:00 a.m. on December 2. On the nights of December 2 and December 3, from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., southbound I-15 will also be reduced to two lanes between Hacienda Avenue and Russell Road.
Further closures include the northbound I-15 off-ramp to Harmon Avenue from 9:00 p.m. on December 2 to 5:00 a.m. on December 3, and the northbound I-15 off-ramp to Tropicana Avenue from 9:00 p.m. on December 3 to 5:00 a.m. on December 4.
