City of Henderson issued the following announcement on November 8.
On November 7, 2021, Henderson Police arrested 38-year-old Zachary Winningham, an officer with the Henderson Police Department.
Winningham was arrested and booked into the Henderson Detention Center on one count of Domestic Battery-First, a Misdemeanor offense. His booking photo is attached.
Winningham was hired by the City of Henderson on December 26, 2017. He has been placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of an administrative investigation.
The investigation remains open and no further details will be released at this time.
