The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Henderson rose by $20,594 while total sales increased by 21.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 503 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 – a 9% increase over the $229,406 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 415 homes sold in Henderson in January 2016.
