The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Henderson rose by $43,425 while total sales decreased by 5.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 471 homes sold, with a median sale price of $286,900 – a 17.8% increase over the $243,475 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 500 homes sold in Henderson in February 2017.
