The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Henderson rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 4.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 669 homes sold, with a median sale price of $297,500 – a 10.2% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 700 homes sold in Henderson in August 2017.
