Spring heralds the arrival of longer days and blossoming flora, offering a renewed sense of optimism. It presents an opportunity for individuals to reassess their well-being and consider making small changes to enhance how they feel both mentally and physically.

For those experiencing a mental health crisis, immediate action is advised. “If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, especially if it’s a life-threatening situation, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.” This message underscores the importance of prioritizing safety and seeking help when necessary. Additionally, individuals in distress, though not in immediate danger, are encouraged to “call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.”

To facilitate access to mental health support, an appointment line is available at 800.787.2568.

The change in seasons, with its promise of sunshine and renewed growth, serves as a gentle reminder to evaluate personal health. It is encouraged to embrace this time as an opportunity for rejuvenation and minor adjustments to mental and physical routines.
