A group that supports giving kids ‘puberty blocking’ drugs and is helping Nevada cross-dressing kids legally change their names has endorsed Kamala Harris for U.S. President and named U.S. Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV) a ‘Trans Equality Champion.”
“Advocates for Trans Equality (A4TE) is proud to announce our endorsement of Vice President Kamala Harris for the presidency,” said the group in a statement. “Since taking office as our nation’s first woman of color Vice President, Harris has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to advancing the well-being of the transgender community.”
The group’s endorsement of Harris mentions the Biden-Harris Administration’s move to enable U.S. citizens “to choose the gender marker ‘X’ on their passports.”
The endorsement statement also references Harris’s support for irreversible chemical castration and ‘sex change’ medical experimentation for children.
A4TE also named Cortez Masto as a “Trans Equality Champion” for the senator’s support for the group’s federal legislative agenda, specifically citing Cortez Masto’s opposition to a Senate measure that would prohibit the display of “LGBTQ+ pride flags” at U.S. Department of Defense facilities.
The group also cited Cortez Masto’s opposition to a Senate resolution that would have rolled back a Biden-Harris Title IX measure that would hold back school lunch funding to schools that disallowed boys from accessing girls’ bathrooms and those that prevent boys from competing in girls’ sports.
A4TE’s website also features a paper on “puberty blocking” drugs and “why they’re an important healthcare option for transgender youth,” as well as a page dedicated to helping Nevada cross-dressing children legally change their names.
