In response to a post by Sen. Ted Cruz on X, Brown stated: “Late last night, EVERY single Dem Senator on the ballot in 2024 voted: in FAVOR of Biden sending billions to Iran, AGAINST deporting illegals who assault police officers; AGAINST the Laken Riley Act; & FOR flying 320K illegals from their counties into the U.S.”

The Laken Riley Act is a piece of legislation that has already been passed by the House.
