The FDA conducted inspections at 70 food and cosmetics companies in Nevada during 2025, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

This represented the highest number of inspections for a single industry type by the FDA in Nevada, accounting for 65.4% of all inspections conducted in the state that year.

Among Nevada’s food and cosmetics companies, Garry N Sun USA, Inc. received the greatest number of citations from the FDA in 2025.

The FDA routinely inspects facilities across the nation to determine if the workplace and their products are compliant with FDA-regulated laws and regulations implemented to improve overall public health. Inspection results are then disclosed publicly.

According to its website, the FDA is a government agency that is primarily responsible for monitoring the production and distribution of human and animal drugs, biological products, medical supplies and tobacco products for safety and quality.
