The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Enterprise CDP rose by $2,954 while total sales decreased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 230 homes sold, with a median sale price of $18,589 – a 18.9% increase over the $15,635 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 254 homes sold in Enterprise CDP in May 2017.
