The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Enterprise CDP rose by $1,295 while total sales decreased by 5.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 215 homes sold, with a median sale price of $18,089 – a 7.7% increase over the $16,795 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 228 homes sold in Enterprise CDP in April 2017.
