The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Enterprise CDP fell by $2,948 while total sales increased by 267.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 228 homes sold, with a median sale price of $16,795 – a 14.9% decrease over the $19,743 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Enterprise CDP in April 2016.
