Boulder City home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Boulder City rose by $19,000 while total sales decreased by 7.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 121 homes sold, with a median sale price of $261,000 – a 7.9% increase over the $242,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 131 homes sold in Boulder City in the second quarter of 2017.
