The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Boulder City rose by $48,500 while total sales decreased by 36.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $273,500 – a 21.6% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Boulder City in September 2016.
